How long have you been shooting?
The first time I picked up a camera, I was 10 years old. It was a gift from my dearly beloved 5th-grade teacher, Vanessa Powell. (Shout out to you, Vanessa) Since then, I've been in love. People who know me refer to me as "that friend that always has her camera". I started my wedding photography business in the pandemic peak of 2020. I'm proud to say that I have extensive experience in intimate weddings, extravagant weddings, elopements, editorial portraiture, and branding photography.
What kind of cameras do you shoot with?
I love shooting with my Sony mirrorless cameras and lenses! I also use a wide range of film cameras that I bring to every event.
Do you provide RAW photos?
The short answer is no but here's why:
I consider shooting your wedding only a small portion of what I offer. A huge part of the time spent curating a wedding gallery is the editing process. I work hard to be proud of what artwork is selected and put out into the world. My biggest goal is to give you my absolute best! RAW photos are simply unfinished artwork.
Do you use Photoshop?
When will we recieve our gallery?
While I am very proficient in Photoshop, it is incredibly time-consuming. I do not alter wedding galleries on Photoshop unless there is a blemish or bruise that normally isn't there that you'd like removed. If you'd like to request extensive skin retouching or altering, it will be at an additional cost per image.
Sneak peeks will be sent out within 72 hours of our session or event. Wedding or elopement galleries will be finished and sent out within 8-10 weeks. Smaller sessions such as engagement, portraits, branding, or maternity will be delivered within 14 days. All galleries are delivered on an online, shareable gallery called Pic-Time.
What the heck to we wear?!
Don't sweat the small stuff! After booking your sessions, I send out a guide of all you'll need to know that includes suggestions on what to wear. This guide is for smaller sessions only. I'm a firm believer that you need to wear whatever the hell you want on your wedding day!
In the worst-case scenario, what happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
In all my years of experience, this has never happened. It is included in all of my contracts that if I cannot attend a shoot or wedding, I find a replacement from a team of associate shooters to cover for me. The associate shooters on my team are all photographers I know and trust. They would hypothetically shoot your event and I would still edit the gallery.
What does it look like to add-on more services after signing our contract?
You can add on anything after the fact! Some au la carte offerings for any wedding package include bridal sessions, boudoir sessions, rehearsal dinner coverage, welcome party coverage, second shooters, videography, and more.

Yes! You do have printing rights for personal printing only. If we're working together on a branding or commercial project, commercial printing rights and retainers are included in your proposal and contract at an additional cost.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to book any session or event.
You will receive your contract and invoice via Honeybook. I offer payment plans for any large event. Payments can be made by debit, credit, or wire transfer via Honeybook.
